The National Drowning Prevention Alliance (NDPA) is one of several organizations at the forefront of the issue of childhood drowning. Recently, we spoke with Dr. Adam Katchmarchi, Executive Director of the NDPA. He believes we have hit a crisis point in our country and that we need begin taking definitive steps if we want to make a serious impact.
