Scott Payne who builds pools in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware has developed a reputation as one of the leading pool design and construction firms in the local area. He also knows a thing or two about going above and beyond for his pool customers. During our discussion, we talked about how building a swimming pool can be one of the most arduous home improvements homeowners will ever go through. Payne compared the process to hip replacement which is a fairly accurate analogy. He also talked about the importance of establishing a reputation for integrity by doing the right thing for the customer especially when things don't go according to plan.
